The BOSU® Ballast Ball, a weight-filled stability ball, is ideal for all types of gymnastic ball related exercises and not only. Filled with approximately 1,15kg weight (ballast), the Ballast Ball opens the door to exercise progressions and dynamic drills that you simply can’t perform on a regular ball. The internal weight keeps the gym ball in place (doesn’t move around) when you leave it alone, and it creates extra dynamic while using it as a weight for stability exercises, engaging all muscles from core to foot!
